Some Residents Believe That The Long Term Lease Of This Many Public Parking Spaces Is A Deal Breaker For The Core Spaces Development On Our Library Lot

Many area residents believe that the 50 year lease of 361 parking spaces will cause a hardship for current businesses and residents which is reason enough to reject the development being proposed by Core Spaces .  They feel that the space should be put to a better use – one that would not have such a negative impact on parking.

I think that city council should listen to the concerns of residents.  We need a city council that puts people first.
