Some Resident’s Believe That Long Term Parking Lease of This Magnitude Is A Deal Breaker for Core Spaces Development on Library Lot

Many area resident’s believe that the 50 year lease of 361 parking spaces will cause a hardship on current businesses and residents which is reason enough to reject the development being proposed by Core Spaces .  They feel that the space should be put to a better use that will not have such a negative impact on parking.

I think that city council should listen to these resident’s concerns.  We need a city council that puts people first.
